Ingredients
1 Box of Bowl & Basket Spaghetti
6 tbs Bowl & Basket Specialty Avocado Oil
1 Jar of Bowl & Basket Roasted Garlic Sauce
1 Bag of Bowl & Basket Spinach
2 thin chicken cutlets
1 cup bread crumbs
Fresh mozzarella (8 ounces)
3 cloves of fresh garlic
2 medium tomatoes
pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Onion powder to taste
Directions

1. Make the Bowl & Basket Spaghetti according to directions on the box.

 

2. Season thin chicken cutlets with salt and pepper. Bread the chicken cutlets with your choice of bread crumbs and brown in Bowl & Basket Specialty Avocado Oil, set aside on paper towels.

 

3. In a medium saucepan, heat 2 cups of Bowl & Basket Roasted Garlic Sauce. Add salt and pepper if desired.

 

4. Next, in a medium mixing bowl, finely chop 3 cloves of garlic and 2 medium tomatoes in small pieces, mix with 2 tbsp Bowl & Basket Specialty Avocado Oil and salt and pepper to taste to make a simple bruschetta.

 

5.In another medium sauté pan, add in 4 cups of Bowl & Basket Spinach with 2 tbsp Bowl & Basket Specialty Avocado Oil, salt, pepper and onion powder to taste.

 

6. Next, in a small baking pan, layer the breaded, cooked chicken cutlets, heated Bowl & Basket Roasted Garlic Sauce and sautéd Bowl & Basket Spinach, cook 15-20 mins. at 375 degrees.

 

7.Then top with the bruschetta mix and mozzarella, bake until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
